Sgeir, pronounced scare, “scare meaning reef”, is a very attractive conversion of part of our traditional stone farm steading, overlooking the reef on the beach to the west and its beautiful evening sunsets. It has recently been upgraded with a well equipped kitchen/living area, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a further twin bedroom. It has a separate shower room. Its patio doors open onto its own secluded garden, only a mere hundred yards from the beach. It is a perfect base for a family holiday. Sgeir adjoins Muran cottage, and it is formed from the part of the buildings which once contained the piggery.
We have a no smoking and no pets policy.
